Share your project ideas in the Virtual Forum

Minnesota is identifying potential projects for the federal Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG) program. Please review the draft document and share your comments below.

MPCA, in collaboration with other state agencies, is developing a Priority Climate Action Plan to identify actions that would be eligible for CPRG implementation grant funding. We are engaging with diverse audiences across the state to inform this plan, and have developed a draft list of priorities for discussion.

We need your help in:

1. Reviewing the list and letting us know if your priorities are included in the draft list of categories. What do you think is missing or needs to be changed?
2. Sharing specific project or program ideas for these categories that would result in greenhouse gas reduction. What would be ready for implementation?
3. Letting us know how projects or programs could be designed to overcome barriers, rapidly scale up, and maximize benefits, especially for low-income and disadvantaged communities.

Your ideas could influence what kinds of projects and programs are included in implementation grant applications to the Environmental Protection Agency.
