We’re updating the Minnesota Climate Action Framework in 2025 to include a more comprehensive set of actions with a stronger focus on collaboration, community benefits, and workforce needs. We have made progress since the original framework was published in 2022. But we must increase the pace and scale of our actions to achieve our vision of a carbon-neutral, resilient, and equitable Minnesota.
Building on the last round of public feedback, the state has further developed a draft list of climate actions to include in the 2025 Climate Action Framework.
